The Ganglion Cell Layer: In this layer, a low coherence scatter leads to a dark appearance compared to the RNFL layer above. This layer includes the superficial retinal capillary plexus.
The Inner Plexiform Layer: This layer is a Hyper-reflective layer that contains synapses between ganglion cells, bipolar cells, and amacrine cells.
